We unreservedly believe education is the most powerful weapon you can use to change yourself and the World! adapted from Nelson Mandela’s quote
We therefore strive to make education accessible to everyone, by:
- Keeping tuition fees affordable
- Enabling parents to access government assistant through our Ofsted registration
- Sourcing funding and running free session for the most disadvantaged in our communities
- Fundraising to help disadvantages groups globally to access education
Our Philanthropy in the UK
In the last 3 years we have successfully raised funds through the National Lottery to support over 30 disadvantaged children to improve their attainment. Through our partnership with schools, we have identified children from low income households working below the ‘expected level’ and supported them with their Year 6 SATS exam preparation. We are proud to say we achieved resounding results with over 80% achieving or exceeding the ‘expected level’.
We want to do more and will continue our fundraising efforts in the months and years to come.
We have recently launched our global initiative to support disadvantaged children. Our first project is based in Zimbabwe, and many of whom are fending for themselves without a parent. We are working in partnership with St Gerard’s Parish Church to support these children finically.
We strongly believe in the philosophy that if you “give a man a fish, you feed him for a day, teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime”, hence our focus on education. That said we cannot expect to get good educational outcomes from these children if we do not also address their basic human needs, such as food, shelter and clothing.
We are looking for donor partners to help us support these families.
- One off donation
- Ongoing monthly donations
- Long-term commitments to:
- Support a single child
- Support multiple children
- Support a family
Just £10 a month will feed and cloth a child, £15 will feed and clothes two children and £30 a month will support an entire family including providing the with decent accommodation; many of the children we support live in make-shift shacks.
We guarantee that 100% of your donations will be used to support the children, all costs associated with administration will be met through separate fundraising initiatives or through our staff volunteering their time and expertise.
Together we make a difference!
